At Family Care, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Some items, such as health supplements, personal hygiene products, and baby care items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refunds

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
