- Orders are delivered within 48 hours across the UAE through our 24/7 delivery service.
- Shipping is free for orders above AED 200. Nominal fees apply for smaller orders.
- Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened and unused products.
- Certain items, including health supplements, personal hygiene products, and baby care products, cannot be returned.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned items.

- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
