- Shipping costs are waived for orders above AED 200. Nominal fees apply for smaller orders.
- Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened and unused products.
- Some items, including health supplements, personal hygiene, and baby care products, may not be eligible for returns.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
